Description:

Abdullah Brothers is the name given to three men with Armenian origin, Viçen (1820–1902), Hovsep Abdullahyan (1830–1908) and Kevork (1839–1918) who started art of photography in Turkey. For 40 years they photographed people of Istanbul, landscapes, various political and social events, prepared albums of historical and cultural values and monuments.
